1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legal agreement between the fk111 platform and its users. By using the fk111.lat website, registering an account, or accessing any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. fk111 is committed to providing all its users with a fair, transparent and responsible gaming environment as a safe and reliable platform. SSL encryption and fair play principles are the core foundation of our service.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user may create only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate, truthful and up to date.
• Providing false information is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
• Any changes to your information must be reported to our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing or selling your account to a third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, immediately change your password via our login page and notify the support team.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, family, home address, device or IP address is strictly prohibited. fk111 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit bonus privileges if this rule is violated.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

fk111 supports the main mobile and banking payment methods available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer.
• The name provided at the time of deposit must match the name on the account.
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted.
• All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• The bonus applies only once and is available to one account per person or family.

5.2 Wagering Terms

Only bets placed on specified games will count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement. Bets placed using free bet or other bonus funds may not count toward wagering. Read the applicable special terms before participating in any promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, placing opposing bets or engaging in artificial activity — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

5.4 VIP Program

fk111 has three VIP levels that reward regularly active members:

• Bronze Level: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 0.5%.
• Silver Level: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 1.0%.
• Gold Level: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 1.5%.

Advancement to a VIP level depends on regular activity and loyalty to the platform. fk111 reserves the right to modify or discontinue VIP benefits at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on fk111 must follow the rules below.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• fk111 reserves the right to void any transaction due to a technical error.
• In the event of an odds change or correction, the decision of fk111 is final.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

6.2 Cricket Betting Rules

International cricket statistics and results are used for betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC events. If a match is abandoned or postponed, fk111 will act in accordance with specific rules. Any suspicious betting activity related to match fixing or spot fixing will be cancelled immediately.

6.3 Live Gaming Rules

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi), fk111 will determine the result according to server logs. fk111 is not responsible for losses caused by the user's internet issues.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities will be considered a serious violation of these Terms and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Providing false identity, age or financial information.
• Conducting transactions with funds obtained through illegal means.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Threatening or misconduct toward platform staff.
• Arbitrage betting strategies or conspiracy betting.
• Using insider information to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Responsible Gaming

fk111 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of addiction. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

8.1 Setting Personal Limits

Users can set their own deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits. Once these limits are activated, they will apply immediately and additional verification is required to increase them.

11 Account Closure & Termination

Any user may request to close their account at any time. An opportunity will be given to withdraw remaining earnings and balance before closure, however active bonuses will be forfeited.

11.2 Termination by fk111

fk111 may temporarily or permanently terminate an account for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify age or identity, or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or fraudulent behavior.
• Long-term inactive account (more than 12 months).
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

A monthly maintenance fee may apply to accounts inactive for 12 months or more. Contact the support team to reactivate your account.

12 Policy Changes

fk111 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time.
